PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS

ENGINEERING SECTION.-:
As we are one of the leading cylinder manufacturers, we have all the setup under one roof. We have engineering section including 5 lathe machine,1 grinding machine, 1 pipe cutting, 1 dynamic machine, 1 slotting machine. In short, we are committed to our service statement to our customers.

PLATTING SECTION.-:
We have installed latest machinery based on European standards. We have installed 3 Copper Platting bath, 1 nickel Platting bath, 1 Hard Chrome Platting bath, 1 Degreasing bath. We are using 100 % EC Grade Copper pallets.

CHEMICAL TESTING LAB.-:
We are equipped with the most modern chemical analytical data for especially hard chrome platting. We are well equipped with all the measuring equipments and some imported chemicals to improve our quality form the rivals.

EXPOSING & ENGRAVING SECTION
We have a team of 20 years experienced people. All these skilled workers are from various parts of the country and have strong technical qualifications in their works. We also use online computer monitoring system to improve the final printing quality.

ENVIRONMENT POLICY
As our commitment to keep Environment greener for future, we have installed the water clean plant we are also member to THE GREEN ENVIRONMENT, Vatva. We are also welcome any suggestion to improve our environment policy. Company is approved by Gujarat Pollution Control Board for 10 years.
